Minghong Shen is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Population Studies Center at the University of Pennsylvania. His research broadly focuses on early childhood development, education, urban studies, artificial intelligence, and computational social science. He received his PhD from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2025 and was a postdoctoral fellow at NYU Shanghai before joining Penn.
